This LibGuide is a work in progress.It shall always be a work in progress. As need arises new tabs may be added or content may change. For the time being, the most change will be in the discussion of Copyright and Fair Use law.
The goal is to provide a one-stop place for faculty to go to to find library policies and procedures that affect our faculty. There will be tabs dealing with faculty borrowing privileges, placing items on reserve (in the library and digitally in Moodle), copyright facts and procedures (including showing videos live and for online courses), as well as basic information about using our current catalog and databases.
For LPU students (Graduate, Online Undergraduate, LPU-Virginia, and traditional) and faculty, you have the option of IM'ing or video chatting with an LPU librarian. Typically this feature is available M-F 8:00 am to 12 noon Pacific Time.
Open Microsoft Teams (available as part of Office 365).
Search for the contact "Josh Ortega" or "Julia Vartan".
The Chat feature is also available on all our LibGuides and in our Moodle courses.
