LPU-Virginia Library Website: Outside Patron Borrowing

Outside Patron Definition

Outside Library Patrons:

All patrons who are not current students/staff (e.g., alumni, Foursquare pastors, Institutional members, etc.) must complete an Outside Patron Application.

Alumni, Foursquare pastors and Institutional members do not pay an application fee (an alumnus is defined as someone who has completed at least one semester at Life Pacific University; an Institutional member is defined by the Librarian).

When an application has been completed and the annual fee has been paid (if required), new patrons are given an ID Card. New patrons may then check out materials according to the privileges listed on the application form. All patrons must present their ID card each time they wish to check materials out.
