FACULTY GUIDE TO LPU LIBRARY: Exam and Homework Policies

The Library accepts homework and takes responsibility for delivering them to the appropriate professor or department.

* Faculty must send make-up exams for Library proctoring by email, in person or by attaching to the Make-Up Exam Request form.

* Faculty must fill out Make-Up Exam Request Form for each make-up exam

* Faculty may not waive student proctoring fee ($2) (may request that Library waive fee on student’s behalf if the exam is the result of special circumstances - physical or learning disability)
