Post-‐residency online (weeks 2-‐5)
Weekly dialogues will provide in-‐depth discussion of ideas introduced at residency as well as additional journal readings. Discussion questions are posted online. Students should make their first post no later than Wednesday of each week.
Integration Paper on Globalization
Write a paper incorporating ideas from three (3) of the articles you read and discussed in the course and relate them to the themes in Rockwell's paper on globalization. How do trends in leadership theory correspond, compete, speak to, relate to, etc., aspects of globalization in terms of politics, culture, economy, or existential issues? You can incorporate your ideas but use scholarly sources to corroborate them. This paper should be 5-8 pages and APA format.
Book Review and Critique
Do a summary and review paper of Tichy & Bennis. Outline key concepts from the paper, offer a brief critique, and conclude with applications to your own work and/or ministry context (4--‐5 pages).
